Traceability
PAQi offers robust image traceability features, allowing users to track and trace images throughout the inspection process. With PAQi, every captured image is securely stored and timestamped, providing a detailed audit trail of inspection activities. This ensures complete transparency and accountability, enabling manufacturers to easily retrieve and analyze inspection data for quality control purposes, warranty handling, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement initiatives. PAQi also has the ability to interface with cloud storage options for more reliable long-term traceability of your assets.
Features
Local or Remote Image Storage
PAQi operates on a Windows Professional OS providing the ability to apply customer specific security patches to meet your IT requirements. PAQi securely stores captured images to its local SSD and/or a remote drive on your network, ensuring data integrity for these critical assets. PAQi was developed to storage all transactions and events to MSSQL whether on the PAQi controller or on your networked servers.
Timestamping
Each image captured by PAQi is precisely timestamped, providing an accurate record of when the inspection occurred. This timestamping enhances traceability and facilitates retrospective analysis.
Serialization
PAQi incorporates serialization capabilities, assigning unique identifiers to each captured image or batch of images. This serialization enables precise tracking of individual items throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished products, enhancing supply chain visibility and product traceability.
Granular Access Control
Administrators can define specific access permissions for different user roles or departments, ensuring that only authorized personnel can view, edit, or delete image data. Granular access control enhances security and confidentiality while maintaining data integrity.
Historical Analysis
PAQi enables users to conduct historical analysis of image data, allowing them to identify trends, anomalies, or recurring issues over time. This capability supports root cause analysis and enables proactive quality management.
Real-time Monitoring
PAQi provides real-time monitoring of image traceability activities, allowing users to track the progress of inspections, monitor system health, and receive alerts for any deviations or anomalies. Real-time monitoring enhances situational awareness and facilitates timely intervention to address potential issues.
Image Management
PAQi offers robust image management features, including organization, categorization, and retrieval functionalities. Users can easily search, filter, and access image data based on various criteria such as timestamp, inspection type, or product identifier. This streamlined image management process improves operational efficiency and facilitates data-driven decision-making.
Images as Asset for Automated Inspection
Images can be stored in configurable buckets for use in speeding up the implementation of visual inspection. The buckets are using in conjunction with our Label Manager tool to quickly move production images into the training pipeline to incrementally improve detector performance. Why expend your human resources labeling random images when you can limit the labeling to only images that falsely failed inspection due to inaccuracy in your trained model?
